Singapore Dreaming.
I cried. Huijing was giving tissue to me.. while Ada was about to leave.. wipe away my tears..
It's a good movie. It's a movie i'll recommend to all HDB dwellers.. like me... About a normal family.. 2 parents and 2 children.. growing older.. Huijing keep askin me why i cry. I said.. I just reflect and find the movie similar to my background. Esp when the son.. wanted to burn the "most" ex condo for his dad.. why have a grand funeral when you do not take care of him when he is alive....
I mean.. with all my activities lining up for me each day.. Sometimes.. i don't say a single sentence to my mum... not that I have something against her.. but we just miss the chance to talk to each other..
That is why i treasure my Sunday breakfast.. it's a time.. i can talk to my parents.. at least face to face.. and not rushing to anywhere.. i hate it when I have to put my tuition on a Sunday morning..
Esp when now.. I am force to give tuition..but somehow.. it's an extra income for me..
How difficult to find a perfect man.. when i have to feed my family.. though i'm not a sole breadwinner in e family. How difficult to get married and stuffs.. when I have so many things that I want to experience in life.. How am to get married.. when i can't imagine all my finances being tied down to "assets" that I will need..
I always say i love my parents.. but yet, I think they really do so much more for me.. I am grateful but I don't show it out.. Do they actually know? I think i can do much more for them..
haiz.. think my brother has got some psychological problems.. I think he felt unloved. I think he felt that my parents love and dote me more.. ( i agree). I think he knows that my parents are disappointed with him.. No one is on his side.. Despite all his flaws.. I still love him.. How am suppose to show that I care? Hmm.. I will have to try harder..

A: eh.. yup. let me think.. yes, I'm sure.
A: U think salsa guys have got drive?
B: of course not.
B: If a guy has got drive, he wouldn't go salsa that often.. he would spend more time doing something more fruitful and productive.
A: That's true.
A: how about girls? Girls who go that don't have drive?
B: It depends.. But generally so.
A: That's sad.. (hurts to think that you yourself lack the drive.. )
I really don't like to say that I'll do things and end up not doing it.. hate it when i say that I'll go for a run and I end up not doing it.
So.. finally. I've decided.. I won't say it first.. Let me register and make sure I'll do it this time round. It takes alot more determination to really achieve it.. If I succeed.. all thanks goes to Lee Huijing and ADrian .. Nothing is impossible.. I hope to prove it..

happy and sad.
Happy because its friday. And my bosses not around. hurray!!! So, i had a lacklustre friday..
I knocked off at 545.. was already chattin with my colleague at 530.. kekez.. talkin abt her boyfriend...whom she met at her previous workplace.. It was quite exciting.. office romance.. but it was underground.. so it was pretty exciting for her..
Its the first time..she talk about her personal life.. I thought she is more of a private person. (heard from fAnna) I guess.. it's always to get first hand information from the real person.
Did i tell ya.. that recently i have a crush on a guy.. whom i met several times at Union.. but recently.. met him when i go for Gary's classes.. ? Well.. he has got a girlfren.. whom i know also.. Today they went to Union together.. but he went home alone.. what happen? i notice that.. but didn't think too much.. after that.. xinyi said he quarrelled with his gf.. i was sad..=( I mean.. my lovely boi.. sad over his gf.. hmm.. i hope everything turns out well ya.
talk alot more.. flirt alot more today @ Union.. dancing with some people that i wanna dance with.. Its the 6 or 7th time that guys compliment that i follow very well.. I'm glad.. cause other than that.. I CAN'T HELL OF SHAKE my B***d* ass..kekez... *coughing away*.. having a rather bad cough.. hope i can get MC for that.. but I can't because I've got to fly next week..
Dance with this new guy called Benedict? Ya.. he look familiar.. anyway.. i saw Xinyi dancing with him.. he is not bad.. hmm.. when i was going home.. he was chatting with Xinyi.. and later i found out that he is going Cambridge in a few weeks time...
Seriously.. in salsa..u met different people from all walks of life.. and some people like.. younger.. or around my age.. Whenever i hear that they are from some reputable school.. i feel like.. wow.. I am honoured to know them.. However.. this being said.. It just tells me that there are many elite people out there.. Up till now.. i can't comprehend one thing. Got a feeling that I'm not letting go.. its still haunting me.. somewhere.. anyway.. no point thinking about it... hopin that it will go away.. if i give it some more time..

Crazy wkend.
I dont know why.. we are just getting crazy here.. i mean my colleagues..
As u can see from e pics.. i went ktv.. on fri..after dinner with my NTU farragoes.. then, went to a pub at Somerset.. Wanted to go inside as ada said there is live band.. but there were many ppl inside.. so we sat outside.. We all drank non-alcoholics though.. kekez.. AFter that, we decided to go sing ktv at Cuppage.. Partyworld.. NOt that ex compare to Kbox la.. like $18? for like 2 and a half hour?
To me singing Ktv is a bit like showing off leh.. seriously.. I am being frank here.. last sunday i went to sing with kelvin they.. i must say they are good.. there is one.. who can sing better than any of the Superstar singer lo.. i tried singing duet with him.. wow.. its an enjoyment..
God is fair like what bren always say.. blessed in some way.. but not in other ways.. i guess i am blessed with a good vocal. Singing and dancing.. my passion.. At least, i do take after some of my mum's good traits kekez..
Oops.. digress le. I sang till 3 am.. before takin a cab back home..
ARgh..had to get up early for sat tuition.. I was late la.. anyway.. my sat is more hectic..
My colleagues wanted to go Batam.. but i couldn't join them.. as i had tuition, salsa lesson from Gary, salsa appointment with Xinyi and Derek..
So, i went for my salsa.. after 2 good weeks of break.. k..
I danced till 12.. i got a call from Fanna.. they were back from Batam.. ask me if i wanna sing Ktv.. ok lo.. though i was feeling sweaty and tired from dancing..
They pick me up at Harbourfront before gg Geylang for You tiao ta wang.. then we had our ktv at Cuppage again.. Sang till 4 am.. before we decided to go Hongkong cafe at Cineleisure.. 24 hr..
we sat till 6 am.. before we went back to Song pong's apartment.. super tired.. Fanna was.. everyone.. except LIjia.. and poor Song pong.. LIjia refuse to let him go to sleep..
we stayed till 8 plus.. before we decide to go back home.. was very tired.. we took a cab home.. as the driver-fanna was too tired!! kekez.. gonna see 3 other zombies..in e office tml!!
Planning to go holi.. in Oct.. e tentative plan is..
1) Redang => Genting => KL.. =P lookin forward!

had a long good break
Was attending course last thur and fri.. so for those who see me online.. yup.. i was just doin some multi-tasking.. kekez.. it was very fun.. why? because.. I went in late and the lesson ends early.. ard 430? It's something outside work.. outside office.. heez.. so we went ard.. go Lau Pa sat for lunch.. we took like more than an hour's break..
Also, last thur, decided to skip salsa and go for a movie with my colleagues, Lijia and Fanna.. we went to watch< The Devil wears Prada > its a nice show.. thumbs up =P highly recommended.. i was laughin and cryin.. in e show.. Before that.. we went to have a indonesian meal at Lucky plaza.. Fanna recommended.. its not bad.. tried the gado-gado.. (indonesian dessert).. nice! =D
Then, on Friday.. i met up with Yiwen.. before heading off to salsa event at Chinasq.. It was a party organised by JJ. Wow.. alot of ppl.. but because i ask yiwen and Fanna along..i din dance quite a lot.. Fanna was commenting that.. i DON SHAKE MY BUTT.. yeah... i told ya.. I'm not a good dancer.. maybe i wasn't in my best outfit! kekez..
Sat. and sun was the coolest of all..
guilty that i din accompany Xinyi to Union on sat night..
Anyway.. i went for Gary's (dance en-motion) lesson at Paya Leba.. i was late.. due to my san xing er yi.. i reached like 515.. the dance studio was in a cafe... there were glass door separating the dance studio from the seating area.. Very paranoid.. scared tat i will hit the glass wall.. i realised tat I have clastrophobic..
Anyway.. after class, i met up with Lijia who stayed in Aljunied.. we went down to Somerset to meet my colleagues.. for zi cha near his apartment.. Song pong his name.. He is a thai.. Anyway.. after the dinner.. we decided to go his apartment.. which is within walkin distance.. It is really a nice, cosy apartment.. one room of course.. it was very relaxing.. he then played music.. rather loud.. nice melodies.. some thai love songs.. as he was trying to translate to us.. kekez..
We wanted to go sing Ktv.. but weekend KTV very ex.. so we decided to hang out somewhr.. Fanna drove.. so went to Holland V.. at BReko.. sat a while.. till 1 am. Then.. we except Fanna finally decide to stay over at Song Pong's house.. Fanna stayed a while.. before heading back home to sleep at ard 3 am plus.. she lives nearby..
In e end, me and LIja slept on his bed in the room.. while our poor song pong sleep in the living room..
We woke very early on sunday morning..ard 8 am.. we started to chat.. thinkin that Song pong is still sleepin.. but he is not.. he couldn sleep the whole night.. =P
We were waiting for Fanna to wake up.. as we already planned to have breakfast together.. In e end, she woke up like.. 10 plus.. and she came to pick us up at abt 11 plus.. we head towards Red star restaurant at Chin Swee Road for Dim sum brunch..
Tired, hungry.. but very fun.. after that very very very full brunch.. i went to meet kelvin for KTV session..
So.. to sum up.. i played for 4 days.. and today i went back.. work.. had a hard time.. shifting my mind back to work.. but all is good.. because i knock off at 530.. and my boss gg taiwan tomoro!
I am lookin forward to end of Oct.. because Song pong gg back thai for holi.. and he promised to lend his apartment to us while he is away.. yeah.. we will ve a crazy night.. stayin at his house!! lots of things to do.. kekez..
