It was really a hell of a experience.. no joke. I almost died there.. e diff diff pose.. even the crunches.. I really cannot tahan even for 5 secs. Give up.
I must say that I must be quite fit 2 years ago.. cos i did practise all those moves on my own.. esp after my run.. n it was still all right.. I mean at least i don ache and complain.. or feel that my spine gonna break any moment.. but i think pilates is good. Esp for ppl workin in office..
cos its actually very straining on my back.. when you don enuff stretching after long periods of staring at the com..
Gonna go back this sat .. for bit of work.. it's gonna be bit hectic again.. its pilates in e morn, work in noon, and hopefully attend my class in late afternoon. I hope to be able to go back home after that..
I am so gianz to just rot at home.. no one is to disturb me this comin sat!
O ya.. btw my buddy is readin this blog now.. so i have to be extremely careful about what i say... in case he say that i misunderstood him again.. =P

Well.. decide to go trekking in Nepal.. in late march..
I think I am bit chickening out now.. I don't know how I am going to make it..
I just know I wanna this experience. I mean its not easy to jio ppl to go Nepal lei..
I got 2 strong men to go with me.. I supposed they can can help me somehow.. but
I need to condition myself also la.. I need to go running again..
Going Nepal means..i might not be able to go Europe le.. I might not be able to go Spain..
Maybe I be going Thai this jun. .. Then.. perhaps.. not too sure..
I'm sure I can always come up with something.. =)

Happy 2008! It will be a wonderful year ! I truly believe it..
Again.. I swear I am dead tired after yest "party" at HJ 's sis condo at Bt Panjang..
The late night swimming, the food.. the cake.. the cheesecake.. the wines and beer.. It is absolutely fantastic. But ultimately sinful too..
We later catched the movie " I am Legend" at PS. I fell asleep during the first half hour before
the sound effect managed to wake me up.. It is a not bad show afterall. Will Smith's acting
is really good.
I spend the night at Sini's place.. super tired. We slept till 12 ++ before heading for lunch..
The eve's was well spent. I enjoy it.. ada never fails to make me walk.. thru the "night"..
we managed to catch the fireworks at fort canning - tt explains the walking part.. ha..
though I was the first one who object it "LOUDLY". Then, KK just looked at me..
"WHY???" Hmm.. okie le. seemed like I cannot refused when the rest of them are okie ..
It's just that I did one stupid thing at the pool.. K.. only sini knows. The most embarrasing thing I have done.. on e last day of 2007.
