First daY @work

Tired. I din sleep well last night. only manage to catch 2 hrs of sleep.. okie i woke up and my dearest dad fetch me to the MRT. Thank god. ha..i was super early la.. so i bought an iced horlicks (kiliney shop near my workplace). doodle and idle around.. till 845 am before i make my way up.. i saw another new colleague.. Lijia.. Nice gal.. haa.. first day report to work too.. i hope we make good khaki.. ha.. =D

Met my colleagues (own department).. my mentor, P* and my immediate supervisor.. or rather coordinator. .. Azuma san.. Both will be guiding me la.. NIce chaps.. (up till now).. .. Practically.i did nothing today.. trying to surf the net... (intranet).. P* askin me to look through some readings.. torturous.. when you trying to figure out the different models of car.. by the code.. it's a 13 alphabet code la.. its not like..one model one code lo.. its one model.. sub branch into different somemore.. see till .. my eyes.. bit blur..

Had lunch wif my collegues.. (not my department).. from Lijia's department.. ha. her colleagues like very fun.. we went to suntec food court.. i end up wif chicken rice.. since e Q is like damn long.. heck.. see the Q don't feel like eating le.. anyway.. Azuma San and P* went.. keke.. was paiseh.. cos.. i din know.. who to join leh.. end up they joining us.. i din interact with them also..

My department like very busy like dat.. i see my colleague sitting next to me.. never stop working.. is a Thai girl la.. on exchange to work in S'pore for a year. She is nice.. but considered quiet.. but very helpful. My team is really multi-cultural.. "international" team la.. with Thai, Viet, Japan and S'pore of course..

My last sem module (cultural intelligience).. sure helps.. AFter lunch, A* san brief me.. for a while.. i try not to yawn la.. but i really had difficulty concentratin lo.. luckily there was a meeting that save me.. I sat in for the meeting.. wah.. it's a monthly thing la.. where everyone (my department) has to report on their progress to the GM. Shitz..i can imagine next time.. my turn to speak.. i'll sure tremble.. ha.. i hope i can gather enough courage then.. to speak up.. =D

A* also help me set the goal.. for the financial year.. (i tot.. 2 mths later then need to set.. ) haiz.. Lijia was sayin.. my boss very "kan zhong" me.. so fast set goal for me le.. seriously..i don't even know..what goal is that.. i mean.. it's still very "alien" to me la.. my job scope.

I can foresee that I'm gonna work OT.. after wat A* told me.. seemed alot.. alot of procedures..

A*: U try not to stay in office too late ya..
ML: Today your first day of work. Don't stress ya. Go back early. U will ve opportunity to stay back late.

U see what i mean? haiz.. i needa some sleep. I realise i can't concentrate when i don't get enough sleep.
