Homeward bound

This whole week is all about my friend. Met her 3 times in a week... after long 5 months..

Miss her alot.. I admit that sometimes.. I don't (heez.. ) I know she is enjoying herself..

Took one day leave last week.. actually 2 half day leave.. because i simply has nothing to do at work.. didn't want to slack in e office.. might as well.. go walk walk.. with sini..

Bought a pair of red high heeled shoes.. very pretty .. I like it.. but was too painful to walk .. I needa endure this pain.. as e saying goes no pain no gain.. hehez..

My poor girl.. lost 12 kg.. in US.. She is totally.. (exaggerate) a different person. I mean.. the way she dress.. and one thing.. she is more vocal than before.. with a American accent. ha.. I wonder how long will it take for her to revert back to a Singapore lifestyle..

It's just a matter of time..

I had a talk with Xinyi last night as we met up to go for the Singapore Salsa Festival. Having been abroad for a good 4 yrs.. i ask if she felt "weird" coming back to singapore .. She said she totally hate to come back initally. I can understand that. I mean if i were in her shoes.. I would think so too..

But, one cannot forget his/her roots.. Maybe I am still conservative. or I am brought up in a traditional way. I long to live overseas.. or rather to work overseas.. hoping that I'll either like it overseas or treasure living in Singapore even more..

Last night salsa was okie.. I wore my new top. It was sexy.. omph..I was bit awkward though..
Anyway.. I've not dance for like 3 weeks.. and after a couple of dances, i felt that the balls of my feet are aching.. and i desperately need to sit down..

I tried to dance with some people that I don't know.. and I happened to dance with this guy.. He is good..I don't think he is local.. (because its Salsa fest.. and many foreigners come over).. Well.. he just simply turn me OFF>. I simply DO NOT get HIS LEAD.. I wonder is it my cranky footwork not working.. or that I am not following.. i just feel so.. hmm.. NOT GOOd. In my mind i was like.. c'mon.. can the band play and end soon???!!!.. well.. they didn..


Anyway.. my nose starts to run.. as my eyes turn redder with my colored lens.. I swear that I nver get a colored one anymore.. So i decided to find a comfortable chair to sit down..

Before we left.. i actually dance with this guy.. he is good.. he makes me wanna boogie.. kekez.. i mean dance la.. some guys are just good.. they make u wanna dance.. and show off whatever you have learnt..

AS usual, i dance with my all time favourite C. It was good.. though i was bit stiff.. =D

The salsa fever in me seemed to ve reduce by half.. I have dance for like 1 yr.. I'm not improving..I need to overcome this hump... =)
